Return, Refund And Cancellation Policy
1. RETURNS
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns at present. We only offer a replacement in case if you received a damaged product.
2. REFUNDS
We consider refunds only in case of order cancellation requests at present. Please check our FAQ section below.
3. SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or replaced.
Parcel opening video is must to address any issues (size,damages, missing items,wrong item delivered etc).Video should be Without any pause and cuts in between. Else it will not be considered.
Start the video before opening the product till the end where you check everything.
It should be a 360 degree parcel opening video in which you have to show parcel from all the sides and than open so it can be seen that it was not opened from any other side
Strictly no issues will be entertained without proper parcel opening video as mentioned above.
4. RETURN / REPLACEMENT
At present, we do not offer return of the products. We only offer a replacement in case if you received a damaged product.

Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at contact@priyakriti.com with images of the damaged product within 15 days of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced or refund your money whichever is preferred.
The complete amount will be refunded and it can reflect in your account in 7-10 business days from the refund processed date.
5. PRODUCT VARIATION
Handcrafted products often possess inherent variations and characteristics that make them one-of-a-kind. These variations are not considered defects but rather part of the beauty and charm of a handmade item. Such variations may include slight color variations, textures, and small irregularities that add to the uniqueness of each piece.
6. CANCELLATION
Please mail us at contact@priyakriti.com for a cancellation request if your order has not been shipped yet.
Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped from our warehouse.
No cancellation applicable for customised products once the order is placed.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery.
Once shipped, we will not consider cancellation requests.
If a cancellation request comes up before the product leaves our order-processing center, we will try to hold the shipment but there is no guarantee that the cancellation request will be honoured.
If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 7- 12 working days.
Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
Yes! For customized handcrafted items, we work closely with you throughout the design process to ensure that your vision is brought to life. Due to the personalized nature of these products, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please drop us a mail at contact@priyakriti.com.
7. CARE INSTRUCTIONS
